Event Showcases

Elementary students have opportunities to share their learning with the broader Bowman community through showcase events such as our Math Fair and STEAM Fair. These events give students a chance to explore questions, develop projects, and communicate their thinking with others. Sharing their work helps students build confidence while celebrating the process of learning, discovery, and collaboration.

Field Trips

Learning extends well beyond the classroom through field trips, Day at the Bay, and camping experiences. Students explore new places, encounter firsthand experiences connected to their studies, and develop greater independence along the way. These experiences also strengthen relationships within the classroom community, giving students opportunities to learn, collaborate, and grow together in new environments.

Service & Community

Service is woven into everyday life at Bowman. Elementary students contribute to their school community through in-school jobs and classroom responsibilities, learning that caring for a shared environment is something everyone can take part in. Through these meaningful responsibilities, students practice independence, develop a sense of responsibility for others, and experience the value of contributing to their community.
