Application Process

1. Schedule a tour or attend an open house. This can be scheduled via a link on Ravenna or by emailing admissions@bowmanschool.org. The Open Houses are offered from October to January.
2. Submit an application via Ravenna, by January 17th, 2025.
3. Attend a playdate. This is a 30 minute activity with your child and one of our teachers. You are welcome to stay with your child during this activity. This can only be scheduled after an application has been submitted. They will be held on February 1 and February 15 and can be scheduled via Ravenna.
4. Parent Interviews. These will be scheduled on an as-needed basis by the admissions office.
5. Optional: Submit an application for financial assistance by February 15, 2025. Our school code is 901156.

*Please note that the minimum age requirement for enrollment in our Children's House is 2 years 9 months (PK).

3. Schedule a shadow visit via Ravenna. A shadow visit is a great way for your child to experience our school as a Bowman Bee! They are two consecutive days from 10am to 3:30pm and are available to be scheduled after you submit your application on Ravenna.
4. Submit requests to teachers for recommendations, and to the school registrar for transcripts/records via Ravenna. These are due January 31st.
